Position Overview:

As an Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their property transactions—whether buying, selling, or renting properties across off-plan, secondary, and primary markets. With your expertise and our resources, you’ll be empowered to provide exceptional service and create lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client preferences and needs, offering personalized property recommendations and tailored solutions.
  • Guide clients throughout the entire process—whether buying, selling, or renting—from consultation to final transaction.
  • Stay current with the latest market trends, property valuations, and legal developments within off-plan, secondary, and primary markets.
  • Offer expert insights to clients on the pros and cons of various property types.
  • Lead property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase available properties.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Prepare and process all necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and property listings.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:

  • Sales Proficiency: A proven track record of meeting sales targets and efficiently closing deals.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, developers, fellow agents, and industry professionals.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of real estate experience (Required).
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Education: A degree or high school diploma is required.
